The Problem: Reverse synergy. Originally this was designed with a friend of mine, but we had no guidance. So we ran with every idea that came to us. The result was very visually unappealing and the navigation was clunky.
The Solution: I took it upon myself to perform a complete re-brand; keeping the same logo and products; changing the marketing strategy to a more lucrative demographic, young people, while still making the site user friendly for parents.
